Thirty-nine physicians are on staff at Lanier Memorial Hospital. There is also a Medical Park where many of the hospital physicians’ offices are located.

Savannah Court is a 16-unit facility that provides assisted living for the elderly, this includes three (3) meals per day, laundry and housekeeping services, Sunday & Wednesday worship services, an activity room, and a beauty/barber shop.
