The H. Grady Bradshaw Library is the county library and is well stocked with books, magazines, newspapers, CDs, DVDs, and more. There are also computers with internet access for those who want to do a little 'web surfing', researching, or just computing. The Cobb Memorial Archives, a comprehensive collection point for the history of Chambers County, is located in a wing of the H. Grady Bradshaw Library. The City of Valley includes financial support in its annual budget for the H. Grady Bradshaw Library.
