Valley Aerobic & Fitness opened in the mid 70s. The club has provided the best in health training, health nutrients, and professional care to its members for over 30 years. The Club is open Monday thru Thursday 5:00am - 9:30pm; Friday and Saturday 5:00am - 7:00pm. The Wet Area, which includes the Sauna and the Whirlpool, alternates each day between Men and Women: Mon-Wed-Fri - Women: Tues-Thur-Sat: Men. The Wet Area is shut down 30 minutes before the gym closes each day due to maintenance and cleaning. Valley Aerobic & Fitness Club closes Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas so the staff can be with their families. On other holidays, the Club posts the changes to normal hours for that specific day.
