"I predict a very promising future for the City of Valley, which has enjoyed rapid growth since its incorporation in 1980. The impending development of KIA Motors and related trade will positively impact residents, businesses, and this government. I welcome newcomers to the City and pledge to make Valley a 'great place to call home' while continuing to serve the youth, families, and senior citizens that currently reside here. On behalf of our diverse 122 member public service work team, we will strive to professionally deliver quality municipal services, hoping to exceed expectations, and we welcome your input.
