Art Council
A community must have a means by which it can connect to its aesthetic nature – a way it can attune itself to the beauty and joy of the arts. The Valley Arts Council has tried to fill this void in the City of Valley by bringing the Arts to its citizens. The Valley Arts Council is in its 4th year of existence and is constantly changing and evolving. The mission of the Council is to promote and nurture the artists of Valley and of the Greater Valley Area and to discover any heretofore unknown artists. At the present time, the Valley Art Council has around 50 members. The officers are as follows:
