Convoy of Hope 2007
A Convoy of Hope event was held Saturday, September 29 at the Old Shawmut Airport in Valley. Free groceries and hair cuts were given away, there was a free health fair, and a kid's zone with rides and games for children. The event started at 10AM and finished at 3PM. Friday the Convoy Team rolled into Valley and presented a presentation at the Historic Langdale Auditorium; the Convoy Team 'camped' out Friday night at the Valley Community Center.
