Rental Policy

A "Request for Facility Use" form is available at the Front Desk and must be completed 30 days prior to the date the facility is to be used. All rental agreements are subject to rental fees that must be paid in advance. User(s) must adhere to all rules & regulations adopted by the City of Valley Community Center.

* Note: Clubs / Organizations activities sponsored by the Recreation Department pay no fees.

* Rates are per day with weekly rates available by contract. Portable stage and sound system available @ $50.00 each, per day.

Concessions ($50.00 per event):

Rates per event with weekly contract available. All vendors are responsible for cleaning at the conclusion of the event.

Accessory Equipment Available:

 Overhead projector $10 per day
 TV and/or VCR  $10 per day
 Portable Stage & Sound System $50 per day
 Podium with or without microphones $10 per day
 Sound System only $10 per day

Pool Party Rentals:

  • 2.5 hour limit
  • $65.00 (up to 50 people)
  • Concession Room to store & serve food
  • Meeting room to host party
     

Facility Rental Categories Descriptions  

Community Service:

Community Service organizations, civic groups, etc., who are not collecting / charging fees and whose goals and objectives do not conflict with those of the "CITY".

Non-profit / private groups:

Individuals or groups that are renting the facility for a private non-profit activity that is not open to the public.

Non-Profit Fund Raising:

Organizations that have a non-profit tax status (501-C3 letter of proof must be provided) renting the facility for the purpose of raising funds to promote their organization. Examples: Charities, Schools, Leisure Service Groups, etc.

Commercial:

Any rental by a profit motivated individual or organization whose rental activity either promotes or indirectly promotes their profit making cause. This includes activities that directly generate funds through admission fees, sales, promotions, registration fees, etc.

A Department Employee Will Be On Duty In Case Of Emergencies.
