You must go to the Police Department located at 20 Fob James Drive and request a copy of the report. The Records Department is open 8:00 AM to 5:00PM EST Monday through Friday. Requests for reports by mail will be honored when payment is included in the request. Checks or money orders should be made payable to the City of Valley.

Yes. Permit Applications are available on-line or by fax from our office.

Contact the City Clerk at Valley City Hall to obtain the necessary form to request a copy of a Public Record.
