The Sportsplex facility is located at 100 Sportsplex Drive which is 'next door' to the Community Center. The Sportsplex consists of 5 multi-purpose ball fields that are used for softball, baseball, football, and soccer from March throught November. All enrollment and information about these programs can be obtained at the Community Center Front Desk. Programs and leagues are available for adults and children for an additional fee.Six tennis courts are located across the street from the Community Center and are 'first come - first served', except during league season.
Valley City Park is located on 24th Ave. West and offers a playground for small children and a youth ball field; Shawmut Circle has a ball field and playground; Tater Milner Field is another ball field available for use - all these facilities are available for public use. ARE RENTAL ROOMS AVAILABLE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER?
The Valley Community Center offers 2 rooms that will seat either 50 or 100 people and 1 room that will accommodate 150 people. The community room will seat 1,500. Rental rates are categorized as community service, non-profit/private group, non-profit fund-raising, and commercial. Rates are per hour. The indoor pool is also available for rental with a '2 and 1/2 hour pool-party' offered year round.
ARE THERE ANY AGE REQUIREMENTS?
Children 12 years and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult 18 years or older. Youth 15 and over can use the track and machine weight room. Youth 11-14 can use the track if accompanied by an adult and the machine weight room once they have completed a Teen Weight Training program. Youth ages 15-17 can use the free weight room if accompanied by a responsible adult.
DO I HAVE TO HAVE A MEMBERSHIP TO ENTER THE FACILITY?
A membership card or a daily use fee is required to enter the facility, unless you are enrolled in a special program or league.
DOES THE COMMUNITY CENTER HAVE A PERSONAL TRAINER?
The Valley Community Center staff will be happy to show you how to work the equipment. Personal trainers are available on an appointment basis for an additional fee.

You can download an annual membership packet or they are available at the Community Center front desk and are categorized as family, single, youth, senior or senior couples for residents, non-residents and out-of-county.

- 25 yard, 8 lane, indoor competition pool for swim meets and swimmers with a zero-depth entry for wheelchairs and non-swimmers
- 2 Racquetball courts

- Upper and lower walking/running track
- 4 meeting rooms
- Catering kitchen
- Tennis Complex with 6 courts located across from the Center .
